Cathy, Mike and Lin have created a company that has the unique balance of having the capabilities of a large corporation, and the customer service of a boutique family run business. As a rapidly growing e commerce company, the most important thing to us when it comes to fulfillment is flexibility. At any moment the next media feature or promotion could lead to a large influx in sales. Normally this pressure would drive an in house operation crazy, but Crystal Creek Logistics makes it look easy. They have passion plus the experience it takes to deliver real results.
